Controller charging

1 Please first check that the electrical slot under the controller is not blocked.

2 Please make sure the power switch of the wheelchair is turned off

3 Insert the charger’s output plug into the slot under the wheelchair controller.

4 Plug the main plug on the charger into the power supply and turn on the charger. The red power light or yellow charging status light will light up, indicating that the battery power is not full.

5 When the green charging complete light lights up, it means the battery has been charged.

6 Turn off the switch on the charger, and then unplug the output plug from the wheelchair controller.

Removable battery wheelchair

Some advanced batteries can be connected to a charger separately and charged. For example, the battery of the electric wheelchair Joy Rider .

It is recommended to touch and feel the battery and charger with your hands every half an hour during charging. If your hands feel "warm", it is normal, but if it is too hot, you should stop and check or replace the battery with a new one. In addition, it is best to keep the battery within sight when charging and not to leave it overnight.

If necessary, you can also consider installing a time switch, which can pre-set the charging time so that the power supply will be interrupted after the set time to avoid overcharging.
