How much does it cost?

Upon receiving your product, we will conduct a comprehensive inspection. Before repairs, please have your purchase order number or registered phone number ready, and it's best to send photos or videos to our Whatsapp for an estimated repair cost.

How long does it take?
With over 20 years of experience, we offer immediate local repair services. Generally, customers with appointments can have their repair issues resolved within 30 minutes. A detailed battery inspection requires 8 hours of charging and discharging; for full frame replacement or customization, it can be completed within 1-3 days.
What qualifications do the repair personnel and parts have?
Qualifications of technicians and engineering department: Technicians with 20 years of experience and registered engineers.
Warranty Location: All warranty repairs are completed in Hong Kong.
Time: Unless the frame or large parts are severely damaged, repairs can generally be completed on the same day (on weekdays), or within 1-3 days at most.
Cost: Free during the warranty period, including parts and labor, with no hidden fees or inspection charges.
Source of repair parts: Uses original factory parts.

- Customers must present a valid original receipt issued by Hoho Medical Supplies to enjoy the quality guarantee. After purchasing the product, customers are advised to keep all original invoices as proof.
- If customers discover any quality issues with the product and require a return or exchange after receiving it, they can contact us and provide photos for our records and reference.
- Hoho Medical Supplies Limited reserves the right of final decision.
