Return Arrangements
Return Policy
To protect your shopping rights, we use our own team for delivery and installation. Please be sure to inspect the goods before signing for them upon receipt. Most of our products come with a "30-day return guarantee from the date of receipt," unless otherwise clearly stated (e.g., custom-made products). Please inspect the goods upon receipt. If there are any issues, please contact our customer service team immediately. Below is our return policy:
Inspect Goods Before Signing
- Please carefully inspect the product packaging and contents in the presence of our delivery personnel.
- If you find obvious damage, defects, or inconsistencies with your order, you may refuse to sign and contact our customer service immediately.
- After signing for the goods, the product's performance, appearance, and quantity are deemed to be correct.
Return Application Period
- Please keep your receipt and submit your application as soon as possible after receiving the goods.
- Please submit a return application within 30 days of receiving the goods, providing order details and the reason for the return.
- Full refunds are available within 7 days. For returns between 8 and 30 days, it will be a "limited return" only accepting exchanges or subject to a handling fee.
- Applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted, unless covered by product warranty or otherwise stipulated by law.
Return Conditions
- Products must be in new condition, unused, and with complete original packaging, labels, and accessories.
- Used products or products damaged or missing parts not due to company negligence will not be accepted for return.
- Certain products (e.g., custom-made items) are not eligible for return.
Return Process
- Please contact customer service, provide order details and the reason for return, and request return authorization.
- After receiving the returned item (within 7–10 business days), we will complete the inspection and process the refund/exchange.
- We will provide return instructions and (if applicable) a return shipping label.
- Please package the product properly to avoid damage during shipping.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to product defects, damage, or incorrect shipment, the return shipping cost will be borne by our company.
- Our company does not accept returns for personal reasons (e.g., unsuitable, change of mind).
Refunds and Exchanges
- After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the refund or exchange status.
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment or transfer method after deducting bank/platform/credit card handling fees and shipping costs, or you may choose an exchange.
Important Notes
- Please keep the proof of purchase and complete packaging until the return is finalized.
- Unauthorized return packages may not be accepted.
- Our company reserves the right of final review and interpretation.
